Payment

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

No, there is no extra fee. You have to pay the price we agreed with VAT(tax 5%) and deposit.

Should I print a receipt to show when I arrive?

No, you don’t need to show any receipt.

How much does it cost to do a private limousine?

It depends on the car you choose and also on the duration of rent.

Tolls And Taxes?

TOLLS:
Tolls (Salik) will be charged 5 AED on each trip by Prime Plus Rent a Car.

VAT AND OTHER TAXES:
All prices mentioned on Prime Plus Rent a Car are inclusive of all the taxes.

The deposit depends on the car selected by the customer, we will take a pre-authorization (hold) deposit from a credit card or cash, it will return after 25 days of returning the vehicle to the customer.

There is no limitation for outfits.

Reservation

What is your refund policy?

There is no refund policy as customers will pay on the spot while taking the car.

Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes, you have to make a reservation.

Delivery and Pick up?

All the cars listed by Prime Plus Rent a Car are come with Free Delivery and Pick up options from anywhere within the city of Dubai. We will charge other UAE cities accordingly. You must provide your delivery address before booking the vehicle. Customer should mention if he wants to pick the vehicle from the rental location.

Cancellation Policy?

In case the booking is canceled before 24 hours it will be free of cost. Prime Plus Rent a Car facilitates their customers and it doesn’t charge in case of booking cancellation before 24 hours.
